Jimmy Oliver graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010 and has been in private practice since that time. Oliver obtained his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University.
Mr. Oliver is an active member of the Payne COunty Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association. In 2017, he served as PCBA President and has served as Law Day Chair for several years. In 2015, while Law Day Chair, the PCBA received the Hicks Epton Law Day Award for Outstanding Law Day Activities.
For the last three years, Mr. Oliver has lead the PCBA's efforts to support the local Salvation Army Angel Tree participants. In 2019, he raised funds to provide clothes and toys for thirty seven local children.
Oliver maintains an active practice in the areas of family law, probate, guardianship, and criminal law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oliver worked at Legal Aid Services assisting indigent clients with their legal needs. Now that he is in private practice he makes it a priority to continue this service to the community by representing Legal Aid clients on a pro bono basis.
